TPF provided Preliminary Flood Risk Assessments for the Miño-Sil and Ebro river basins and generated flood hazard and flood risk maps according to the Directive 2007/60/EC
Our engineers carried out many tasks such as :
- designing river restoration works,
- presenting a compilation of the existing protection systems,
- conducting a geomorphologic study,
- establishing two-dimensional hydraulic and hydrologic models for the Miño-Sil River Basin (425 km) and the Ebro River Basin (2 km),
- characterizing more than 2,000 cross drainage structures.
