The K-Nopy building, ideally located in Brussels' European Quarter, underwent a major renovation to accommodate new ways of working

It now offers approximately 8,200 m² of office space spread across seven floors, a vast 418 m² panoramic rooftop on the top floor, and archive storage. The complex includes 14 apartments, 75 parking spaces, electric charging stations and 58 bicycle spaces.

The contract also comprised the initial fit-out works for the Dutch embassy located in the K-Nopy building.

Key highlights :

  • Natural lighting throughout the building
  • Creation of multifunctional "post-COVID" spaces for relaxation and work, optimizing the tof floor area
  • Green roof - promoting biodiversity
  • Fossil fuel-free project
  • The building received a BREEAM 'Outstanding' certificate with a score of 98.2%, the highest ever achieved in Belgium
