Renovation and extension of the Lariboisière Hospital, a 100% BIM Project

The project covers a total surface area of 51,000 m² and includes the construction of two new buildings and the restructuring of a part of the historical hospital:

construction of the "Nouveau Lariboisière" building (39,000 m²) with a capacity of 610 beds that will accomodate a technical platform (imaging, intervention block, obstetric block, resuscitation, continuous care unit, and neonatology), four levels for conventional hospitalization, an ambulatory and interventional treatment unit, a medico-technical logistics platform with central sterilization and indoor pharmacy, and an emergency reception service with a capacity of 140,000 patients per year,
construction of the "Nouveau Morax" building (3,600 m²) designed to accomodate the pathological anatomy and cytology laboratory, the technical activities and tertiary premises,
restructuring of the junction between one of the two buildings and the part of the hospital clasified as Historic Monuments.
